Job summary

FNF is seeking a Title Data Examiner for the Residential team in Chicago, IL. You will perform examination of Cook County tax records, using county websites and the TitlePoint Tax Maintenance tool to support customer orders.

The role requires attention to data quality, strong written communications, and the ability to work with County Offices. This onsite position offers cross-team collaboration within the Tax group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in County Property Taxes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office apps.
• Ability to write professional emails.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Full Tax Research of the County records, online and at County Offices.
• Use the TitlePoint Tax Maintenance application for day-to-day tasks.
• Collect data to complete and release customer orders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with teammates to complete daily work.
• Ensure high quality data and integrity of customer outputs.
• Present data outputs effectively to the team.
