Job summary

Pasadena Villa – The Grove seeks a Program Therapist to deliver individual and group therapy within a residential behavioral health setting. You will assess clinical needs, develop treatment plans, and advocate for clients throughout admission to discharge, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a master’s degree, licensure eligibility (LCSW/LPC), and at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or eligibility within one year of hire.
• Professional license (LCSW/LPC) required or eligibility.
• Minimum of one year of professional behavioral healthcare experience.
• Strong skills in individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
• Complete psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, and discharge plans.
• Coordinate care with treatment team and referral sources.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and partners to support recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting.
