Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC or equivalent) within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients.
• Develop psychosocial evaluations, treatment and discharge plans.
• Coordinate care with referral sources and the treatment team.
• Document progress and maintain accurate charts.
