Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking a Therapist - Problematic Sexual Behaviors (PSB) for our Residential Treatment Program in Central Pennsylvania. The role involves clinical assessment, planning, and delivering individual, family, and group therapies to children and adolescents in a trauma-informed setting.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a behavioral health field, PA licensure eligibility, and experience with trauma-informed approaches.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Eligible for professional licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop PSB-focused treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and caregivers to coordinate care.
• Train and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians in PSB interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR and ensure compliance.
• Present clinical information to families, referrals, and court representatives as needed.
