Job summary

Marion County Health and Human Services in Salem, Oregon, seeks a Program Therapist to work at Horizon House Residential Treatment Facility. The role provides person-centered mental health treatment in a 24-hour residential setting, serving up to 9 adults with serious mental illness within an interdisciplinary team.

Duties include individual and group therapy, writing and updating treatment plans, crisis assessment, and coordinating with internal and external providers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field, or RN license in Oregon.
• QMHP eligibility required within first 30 days of employment.
• Oregon licensure or QMHP credentials as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy in a 24-hour residential setting.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment plans and assessments.
• Coordinate with CMHP, OHA IQA/Comagine and other providers.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and records.
• Transport residents using county vehicles when needed.
