Job summary

RYSE Wellness LLC is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our residential behavioral health program. You will perform biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy within a team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in psychology, counseling, MFT, or related field.
• CA licensure as AMFT or APCC active and in good standing.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain on hire.
• Knowledge of DSM-5-TR criteria.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform biopsychosocial assessments within 24 hours of admission.
• Develop treatment plans within 48 hours and update weekly.
• Conduct individual and group therapy per program guidelines.
• Maintain accurate weekly progress notes and safety plans.
