Job summary

New Hope Community seeks a Residential Supervisor to oversee house managers, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations. You will mentor staff, review program operations, and drive audit readiness across the caseload.

Travel is required across Sullivan County; you will collaborate with senior leadership to maintain high-quality residential supports and accurate billing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, coaching, and development of house managers.
• Ensure houses operate smoothly from programmatic and financial perspectives.
• Conduct audits to ensure safety, welfare, and regulatory compliance.
• Follow up on audits and communicate concerns with solutions.
• Maintain compliance with OPWDD regulations in residential programs.
• Review and recommend changes to ensure individuals receive appropriate supports.
• Review staffing schedules for adequate coverage.
• Monitor staff training and teamwork to maintain effective operations.
• Conduct investigations as assigned by the Director of Corporate Compliance.
• Provide regular reports of audit discrepancies as required.
• Train Residential Staff on goals and billing procedures.
• Develop a procedures manual for House Managers.
