Crystal Springs, Inc. in Assonet, MA, is hiring a full-time Residential Supporter to empower individuals with disabilities to live independently. The role includes guiding daily living activities, promoting self-determination, and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.

Shift Differentials

• Second shift Monday - Friday: $2.00 per hour
• Third shift Monday - Friday: $1.00
• All Shifts Saturday and Sunday: $3.00 per hour
• MAP Certification: $0.48 per hour

WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

We offer 10-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, or on-call hours. Choose what works best for you!

Typically you will work the 2nd or 3rd shift.

What We Need From You

• Driver's license
• High School diploma or GED
• Preferred - MAP certification (we'll provide the training for this!)

Due to the nature of this position, potential employees will need to pass a background check, drug screening, and tuberculosis (TB) test.
