As a Supported Living Services Direct Support Professional at TERI, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with special needs thrive in a safe, supportive, and engaging home environment. In this role, you will assist residents with daily living activities, provide structured and recreational programming, support healthy meals and personal routines, and foster independence and growth.

Your Role & Responsibilities –

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including waking, dressing, hygiene, and bedtime routines.


• Plan and support meaningful recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities to encourage resident growth and engagement.


• Prepare, serve, and support healthy meals while promoting good nutrition and dining routines.


• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents at all times, including monitoring behavior and providing appropriate interventions.


• Maintain accurate documentation, communicate with the care team, and collaborate with families and staff to support individualized care plans.

Qualifications –

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)


• Must hold a Valid Driver's License


• 1 year of related experience preferred.
