Job summary

Venture Community Services is seeking an Assistant Residential House Manager to support individuals with diverse challenges. The role involves developing ISP plans, supervising direct support staff, and coordinating daily program activities.

The position is full-time with a set schedule and a competitive hourly rate. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, managing balances, conducting meetings, and assisting with meal preparation, finances, and transportation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
• Must be 21+ years old, have a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, daily use of a car on site (preferred but not required).
• Previous supervisory or advocacy responsibilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISP’s, behavior plans and assessments.
• Serve as programmatic supervisor to Direct Support Professionals.
• Communicate with staff, families and programs as designated.
• Oversee house budget and monthly fire drills.
• Coordinate planning of leisure and recreation for individuals.
• In the absence of the Residential House Manager, perform all functions of that position.
