Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred and one year experience in a residential program.
• Valid driver’s license and daily access to a car.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and night coverage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ISP's and behavior plans to support individuals.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and coordinate with families and day programs.
• Maintain records and monthly budgets and ensure DDS compliance.
• Promote safety and administer program operations within the house.
