Supporting and monitoring residents, providing positive role modeling, maintaining records, assisting with medication administration, supporting treatment goals, and responding to emergencies. May also help with housekeeping, meal prep, grocery shopping, transportation, educational activities, and basic first aid.
High School Diploma or GED required; experience or credits in social services preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to communicate effectively. Basic computer skills are necessary. Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and maintain confidentiality.
Requires frequent physical activity in a community-based setting, outdoor monitoring, and potential yard work. Moderate noise level; reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
