Seacrest Behavioral Health in Merrillan, WI seeks an Adult Residential Support Professional to provide care, monitoring, and supportive services for residents in a Substance Use Disorder treatment facility.

You will assist with medication monitoring, record-keeping, crisis response, treatment planning, life skills, transport, and educational activities while upholding confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; social services experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work independently, problem-solve, and maintain confidentiality.

Position Overview:

An Adult Residential Support Professional provides care, support, and monitoring for residents in a Substance Use Disorder treatment facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and interact with residents, maintain records, assist with medication monitoring, provide crisis response, support treatment plans, perform housekeeping, assist with life skills, transport residents, and facilitate educational activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in social services preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, work independently, problem-solve, and maintain confidentiality.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work in community-based settings, perform physical tasks, and travel as needed.
• Completion of DHS 83 training is preferred.
