Delta-T Group is seeking Residential Support Staff in the Coraopolis, PA area to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group homes. Responsibilities include helping with daily living activities, personal care, and light housework.

Shifts are available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with weekdays and weekends. Must be reliable, have a high school diploma, relevant care experience, and transportation to assignments.

• Ability to complete required clearances (Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal background).
• Some online trainings will need to be completed.

Location: Coraopolis, PA 15108

Our client has an URGENT need for RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT STAFF to provide care to adult consumers with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in Group Homes in the Coraopolis, PA area. To be responsible for assisting individuals with thier activities of daily living in a residential home setting.

SUPPLEMENT YOUR INCOME!

CLIENT'S HOURLY COMPENSATION RATE & AVAILABLE HOURS

• Up to $19/hr. compensation depending on Contractor's qualifications, availability, and skills.
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts available but going fast! Weekdays and/or Weekends. You tell us what shifts you can work!

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF OPPORTUNITY

• Provide support that will enhance Individuals' quality of life.
• Provide personal care management to individuals with autism and other mental and developmental disabilities.
• Perform light household duties and assist clients with daily functional activities including but not limited to meal preparation, housekeeping, and life skills group.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Experience providing direct care
• Able to work with Low, Mid and High functioning Consumers.
• Some assignments may require working with wheelchairs and hoyers, if needed.
• Ability to complete and/or produce requested clearances (i.e. Physical/TB screening, CPR/First Aid, PA State criminal Background)
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation - a must.
• Some on-line trainings will need to be completed.
