Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in special education, psychology or related areas preferred.
• Ability to become MAP certified within first 90 days.
• CPI trainer or willingness to become a CPI trainer required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls for support during evening and weekend hours.
• Model implementation of student treatment plans and safety plans.
• Transport students during community experiences and appointments.

Skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Mature judgment

Crisis support modeling

Education

Bachelor’s degree in relevant areas

Certification as an RBT or other related cert

Valid Massachusetts driver’s license
