Job summary

MFS in Keene, NH seeks qualified staff to supervise habilitation programs and structure a therapeutic milieu for residents with severe mental illness. You will train daily living skills, monitor medications, and perform case management while facilitating community integration and crisis support.

The role includes back-up telephone screening for Emergency Services and requires independent work with supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in social work, rehabilitation, psychology, education, or related field and relevant experience.
• Commitment to psychosocial rehabilitation and recovery-oriented practice.
• Ability to work independently during assigned shifts and seek supervisory consultation when appropriate.
• Demonstrated communication skills.
• Valid NH driver’s license and driving record; ability to transport residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents' habilitation programs and structure therapeutic milieu within the residence.
• Provide training in skills of daily living.
• Monitor medication distribution and provide case management activities.
• Facilitate community integration and participation in crisis care for individuals with severe mental illness.
• Provide back-up telephone screening for Emergency Services.
