ABOUT THE ROLE: The Residential Support Specialist is a Direct Service position responsible for providing assistance and training to individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Serious Mental Illness. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centered services guided by Positive Practices and Person-Centered Planning.
