Qualifications

• Five years of paid experience performing direct care and habilitative program services for individuals with a developmental disability.
• Bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences, psychology, social work, education, or nursing.
• One year of paid experience performing direct care and habilitative program services for individuals with a developmental disability; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• PA residency requirement and ability to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and monitor training programs aligned with Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Guide Residential Services Aides and help develop their skills.
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards; report findings to supervisors.
• Participate in meetings and suggest strategies to improve active treatment.
• Identify causes of incidents and support efforts to improve safety.
• Request supplies and equipment to support program goals and daily activities.
