Job summary

Vinfen in Weymouth, MA is seeking dedicated individuals to provide support to persons served in Vinfen settings. You will help develop and document treatment plans, assist with daily living tasks, monitor progress, and promote independence within the community.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team. A high school diploma is required and medical/behavioral health supports are provided.

Qualifications

  • One to three months experience in a human services setting.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Driving may be required with a valid US driver’s license.
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds and operate basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and documenting individual treatment support plans.
  • Provide role model and support to persons served; help them integrate into their communities.
  • Assess physical and emotional status and report changes to supervisor.
  • Ensure program site safety and maintenance; perform daily living tasks and cleaning.
  • Store, administer, document and dispose of medication per MAP requirements and company policy.
