Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy is hiring a Residential Support Specialist to provide person-centered care in a home setting for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves creating individualized care plans, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting independence.

You will support behavioral health needs, engage with the community, and collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure holistic care. This is a full-time position with benefits and a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass required clearances and screenings.
  • Complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire.

Position Purpose

What You’ll Do

Schedule

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10pm-8am.
