Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive home setting. You will create and follow individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs, assist with daily living activities, and promote independence and dignity for each person.

This full-time role emphasizes teamwork with healthcare staff, positive behavioral support, and welcoming community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required clearances and screenings.
• Complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire.

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 3:00 pm-10:30 pm
