Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy seeks a Residential Support Specialist to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in a supportive home setting.

You will provide compassionate, person-centered care, create individualized plans, assist with daily living tasks, and promote independence through community engagement and teamwork with healthcare staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required clearances and screenings.
• Complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire.
