Job summary

Community Counseling Center of Mercer County is seeking a Residential Program Worker to supervise residents and assist with daily living skills. You will report to the Residential Supervisor and ensure the smooth operation of the facility.

The role requires a high school diploma with human services experience, strong communication skills, and required background clearances. You will assist residents with meals, chores, and life skills while maintaining safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with human services experience in a Residential setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Act 33 and 34 and FBI Clearances required.
• Must maintain a current driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for your shift and provide coverage for assigned site.
• Read daily progress notes from previous staff to stay informed.
• Ensure residents attend scheduled daily programming and adhere to house rules.
• Complete daily progress notes and required paperwork.
• Monitor and document medications according to the policy; initial medication sheets.
• Provide transportation for residents to appointments as needed.
• Participate in CCC CQI activities and attend required trainings.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor at all times.
