Job summary

Pittsburgh Mercy, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive home setting. You will implement individualized care plans, assist with daily living activities, and promote independence for residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure coordinated care, encourage community engagement, and maintain a calm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to pass required clearances and screenings.
  • Complete Medication Training within 90 days of hire.
