Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional for the dayshift at Grandstone/Eastwood in Appleton, WI. You will provide compassionate, recovery-focused support to adults facing mental health and/or substance use challenges, helping them develop skills for greater independence.

The role includes daily living assistance, medication administration, and facilitating recovery-based activities.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in mental health, crisis services, or human services preferred.
College coursework in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services is a plus.
Valid driver's license preferred.
Reliable transportation required.
Ability to pass background, caregiver, and medical screenings.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, recovery-focused support to residents.
Assist with daily living skills, medication administration, and basic healthcare needs.
Facilitate educational and recovery-based group activities.
Transport residents to appointments and community resources.
Document resident progress and maintain confidential records.
Encourage independence through skill-building and positive role modeling.
Assist with household tasks, including light cleaning and grocery shopping.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
