Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ experience in a group home preferred.
• Must possess a valid MI Driver's license.
• Must be able to respond to on-call 24/7.
• Ability to drive a 3/4-ton vehicle for transporting individuals served.

Responsibilities

• Assist Home Supervisor in oversight of daily schedule; scheduling and attending medical appointments and activities.
• Purchase food and items; provide on-call support, including after hours.
• Monitor medications and health care follow-ups; coordinate communications with team.
• Schedule employees, training, onboarding; assist payroll as needed.
• Maintain records; oversee drills and equipment maintenance; document meetings and trainings.
