Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Home Supervisor and lead in daily operations when needed.
• Coordinate medical appointments and community participation activities for individuals served.
• Monitor and order medications and medical supplies; ensure healthcare recommendations are followed.
• Schedule employees, assist with training, and support payroll as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation including logs, forms and safety drills.
• Respond to health risks and hazardous conditions following agency protocol.
