Job summary

Integrity Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee residents and daily activities in a care program. You will document progress, coordinate transportation, and maintain safety across homes and outings.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a genuine desire to work with children and adolescents in a community setting. Compliance training will be provided and a Florida driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED and 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short notes, and memos.
• Math skills to add/subtract money and perform measurements.
• Reasoning ability to apply common sense to instructions and problems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and electronic records software.
• Experience working with children/adolescents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of residents on a constant basis.
• Supervise daily activities and schedules for residents.
• Facilitate group activities including living skills and education sessions.
• Complete daily progress notes for each resident.
• Develop clear communication with residents and staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Document incidents and resident needs in files.
• Coordinate activities to fit management schedules and transport residents as needed.
