A mission-driven organization in Sioux Falls is seeking a passionate Residential Supervisor to support children and youth. You will lead residential staff, ensure safety, and have an opportunity for career development. The ideal candidate holds a degree in a behavioral field and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. This full-time position offers a salary of $20 to $22 per hour and a sign-on bonus.

Position: Full-time, evening shift, rotating on-call shifts

Salary: $20 to $22 per hour; dependent on experience and qualifications

A Day in the life of a Residential Supervisor at Summit Oaks:

• Provide direction, evaluation, and support to residential staff.
• Ensure physical intervention for residents and staff protection if necessary.
• Transport residents as needed and maintain health and safety standards.
• Attend in‑service trainings, staff meetings, and supervisor meetings.
• Cover on‑call duties as assigned.

Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral or social science field preferred; or two years of postsecondary education (minimum of 60 semester credits) and one year of experience working with children; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
• Requires a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.
