Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience in IDD/Autism or mental health.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Experience with medication administration and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and safety for participants.
• Administer and document medications following regulations.
• Supervise residential direct care staff and schedule shifts.
• Attend ISP meetings and track participant progress.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
• Assist participants with daily living skills and independence goals.
