AIMED Human Services is seeking Residential Advisors to maintain a safe, supportive environment and implement individualized supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work weekend blocks and additional shifts, providing crisis management, community integration, and daily living supports in a residential setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum High School Diploma and one year of Human Service work experience.
• Medication administration certification.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a van.
• Crisis intervention training (non-violent) and CPR/First Aid/AED.
• Must clear ACT 33, 34 and 73 (criminal clearance).

Aufgaben

• Assist/monitor/teach individuals with daytime activities and hygiene.
• Assist supervisor in assessing abilities and develop ISP goals.
• Assist/monitor/teach budgeting skills and daily living tasks.
• Teach self-medication skills per regulations and supervise medication when needed.
• Engage individuals in daily chores and community activities.
• Record daily logs and share information across shifts.
• Provide transportation to appointments and community resources.
• Conduct monthly fire drills and participate in trainings.
