Job summary

NFI North, Inc. is seeking a Second Shift Supervisor for one of our Specialized Residential Homes in Newport, NH.

The role oversees Direct Care Staff and participants on the designated shift, supports the Assistant Program Director, and handles medication administration and medical management during the shift. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree with at least three years working with the client population and at least one year of supervisory/management experience.

This program will augment our existing continuum of care in large part due to our continued growth in serving this valuable population in NH. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs. The participants residing in these treatment facilities are seeking independent home-like living.

Responsibilities: Supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and participants for designated shift. Assist the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations. Responsible for medication administration and all medical management on shift. This position is a member of the management team and has on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and at least three years’ experience with client population and one year supervisory/management experience.
