NFI North THS Concord, an Adult Residential treatment program for adults with severe and persistent mental illness is seeking a Shift Supervisor, for a Wednesday-Saturday shift rotation. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and program participants in support of the Assistant Directors in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations.
Qualifications: Candidates should be experienced team player, enjoy new challenges daily, experience with collaborative projects, and exhibit calm and patience during crisis situations. Good organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise quick and safe decision making is also required. The ideal candidate would be flexible, energetic and creative. Must be willing to work closely as part of a team of professionals.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and/or four years’ experience with participant population preferred.
