Job summary

NFI North, Inc. in Concord, MA, seeks a Shift Supervisor for a Wednesday-Saturday rotation to supervise Direct Care Staff and participants, supporting the Assistant Directors in day-to-day operations.

The role requires teamwork, calmness in crisis, strong organization and communication, and the ability to delegate and make quick, safe decisions to keep the treatment program running.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Experience with participant population preferred.

NFI North THS Concord, an Adult Residential treatment program for adults with severe and persistent mental illness is seeking a Shift Supervisor, for a Wednesday-Saturday shift rotation. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and program participants in support of the Assistant Directors in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations.

Qualifications: Candidates should be experienced team player, enjoy new challenges daily, experience with collaborative projects, and exhibit calm and patience during crisis situations. Good organization and communication skills are necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise quick and safe decision making is also required. The ideal candidate would be flexible, energetic and creative. Must be willing to work closely as part of a team of professionals.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and/or four years’ experience with participant population preferred.
