Job summary

CEC Healthcare in Glen Head, NY is seeking a Community Residence Supervisor for OMH programs to lead a residential team and ensure a safe, recovery‑oriented environment for adults. You will mentor staff, oversee daily operations, support residents in developing independent living skills, and ensure compliance with OMH guidelines while coordinating with clinical and support services.

• Promote resident engagement, self-determination, and community integration.
• Monitor service delivery, documentation, and program compliance.
• Support residents through counseling, behavioral interventions, crisis management, and skill-building services.
• Assist residents in achieving individualized service plan goals and greater independence.
• Participate in the program's on-call rotation and assist with overall program operations.
• Help maintain fiscal accountability, residential standards, and a welcoming home environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Residence Supervisor to lead a residential team supporting adults in an OMH-licensed community residence. This position is ideal for a human services professional who is passionate about recovery-oriented care, staff development, and creating meaningful opportunities for residents to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives in the community.

What You’ll Do

As Community Residence Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role in ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered residential environment.
