Job summary

NFI North in Nashua NH is seeking two 2nd Shift Supervisors for our Community Residence Program (CRP). This role supports a comprehensive continuum of care for adults with SMI/SPMI, offering a home-like setting and opportunities for advancement.

You will supervise Direct Care Staff, handle on-shift medication administration, and work with the Assistant Program Director. A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree with supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Human Services or related field preferred.
• Experience with client population and supervisory/management roles preferred.

• Support the Assistant Program Director in carrying out program operations.

This program augments our existing continuum of care in large part due to our continued growth in serving this valuable population in NH. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs. The participants residing in this treatment facility are seeking independent home-like living.

Responsibilities: Supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and participants for designated shifts. Scheduled shifts are typically Sunday- Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday. Support the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations. Responsible for medication administration and medical management on shift. This position is a member of the management team and has on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree and experience with client population and supervisory/management experience preferred.
