Prairie Exteriors & Painting is seeking a Residential Superintendent to oversee the construction of residential buildings with a full-time schedule (Monday–Friday; Saturdays as needed). The role emphasizes on-site supervision, scheduling, safety, and customer interaction.

The position requires overseeing all phases of residential construction, coordinating subcontractors and materials, and maintaining safety and quality standards while ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Supervision & Quality Control:
  Oversee all phases of residential construction projects.
  Ensure work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
  Maintain a daily log of activities and ensure job sites are clean and organized.
  Monitor subcontractors to ensure they comply with their contracted scope of work.
• Coordination & Scheduling:
  Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
  Verify material lead times and ensure timely delivery.
  Schedule required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Enforce company safety policies and ensure job site safety.
  Conduct weekly safety walks and maintain safety binders.
• Customer Interaction:
  Assist with customer walk-throughs and address any concerns.
  Maintain good relationships with team members, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• As Needed:
  Perform duties outside the scope of this job, provided such duties are consistent with the employee’s skills and qualifications and are in support of the organization’s operational needs. This provision shall not be interpreted to require duties that are unlawful or unethical but may include tasks not directly related to the employee’s primary role when necessary for the effective functioning of the organization.
