Qualifications

• Master’s degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• 1+ years professional experience in student affairs or equivalent.
• Experience developing programs and training for student staff.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and lead large-scale programs and trainings.
• Demonstrated collaboration with campus partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student staff training and development with HRL and campus partners.
• Develop tiered training curriculum aligned with University Life competencies.
• Assess training needs with supervisors and leadership for relevance.
• Use evaluations to inform future training and development.
• Lead training initiatives to prepare staff to support residential students.
• Promote staff professional development through campus collaborations.
