Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually
The Bridge Family Center is seeking a Therapist (Clinical Coordinator) for its West Hartford STTAR Home, serving adolescent females in DCF Care. This person will be responsible for individual, group and family treatment as well as monitoring all aspects of case management and clinical services related to the STTAR. Provides clinical supervision for program staff and overall program supervision in the absence of the Program Director (with close support from the Director of Residential Services). Master's Degree and licensure as an LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A required. Clinical licensure preferred (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC). Must have experience working with youths and their families, preferably in a residential setting, as well as good communication and record-keeping skills, supervisory experience, and must be culturally sensitive. Must also have a valid driver’s license.
Demonstrate excellent individual, family and group counseling skills. Ability to interface with large social service agencies. Excellent time management and supervisory skills.
