IGS Energy is seeking a Community Solar Operations Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting the operational work behind our community solar programs. You will partner with the Community Solar team to review enrollments, document processes, support reporting, and help improve day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in renewable energy and community solar.

Responsibilities

• Review and correct customer enrollment information and help process enrollments through various platforms.
• Monitor project progress and communicate issues to the Operations team.
• Document and improve processes to make workflows clearer and more efficient.
• Assist with subscriber billing and billing issue resolution.
• Support billing operations and prepare subscriber statements as needed.
• Prepare developer reporting and track key metrics.
