Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install residential solar panel systems including roof mounting and module placement.
• Run conduit and assist electrical connections under supervision.
• Operate hand and power tools safely on job sites.
• Work on tile, shingle, and flat roofs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work site and load equipment.
• Communicate with crew leads and teammates throughout installation.
