View Point Health is a community behavioral health organization providing services to individuals coping with mental illness, substance abuse, and disabilities. We serve uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid, Medicare, veterans, and some private insurance clients with a full continuum of behavioral health services.

Housing is vital for recovery and independence. Our Adult MH Supportive Housing Program seeks a dedicated MH Residential Site Supervisor to manage operations, supervise staff, and monitor resident activities in a community residential setting serving individuals with mental health and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities include:

1. Training staff on residential service principles, consumer rights, dignity, and normalization.
2. Providing oversight in daily living skills and personal care, including hygiene, housekeeping, cooking, laundry, money management, and social skills.
3. Ensuring appropriate daily schedules, recreational activities, and meal planning in accordance with agency protocols.
4. Supervising medication administration and maintaining accurate records.
5. Counseling staff, monitoring performance, and conducting evaluations.
6. Scheduling staff to ensure 24-hour coverage, covering shifts when necessary.
7. Participating in recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and disciplinary actions, complying with legal standards.
8. Reviewing time records, managing leave, and ensuring accurate payroll processing.
9. Participating in treatment planning and supporting effective communication among service providers.
10. Supporting consumers in decision-making and problem-solving, and documenting progress.
11. Monitoring site and equipment, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards.
12. Transporting residents, serving as safety officer, and representing the site in meetings and inspections.
13. Maintaining records for licensure and accreditation, and performing related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED and three years of experience in social or direct care services, including one year in a supervisory role, or one year as a Client Support Worker 3 or equivalent. Must be 21+, possess a valid Georgia Driver's License, and have a clean motor vehicle report.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year experience in social or direct care services to individuals with special needs.

Requirements/Competencies:

• Pass pre-employment drug screen and ongoing random drug tests.
• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Criminal background check including fingerprinting.
• TB evaluation at pre-employment and annually.
• Complete required trainings and 16 hours of annual training.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds, sit/stand for long periods, and use Word, Excel, and Electronic Health Record systems.
• Willingness to transport residents, travel between counties, and use a gait belt or mechanical lift as needed.
