View Point Health is a community behavioral health center that employs a team of psychiatrists, nurses, licensed counselors, social workers, and other professionals to provide services to individuals needing treatment and support for mental illness, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. We serve uninsured, underinsured, low-income Medicaid, Medicare, veterans, and some private insurance clients across multiple locations, offering a full continuum of behavioral health services. Our services contribute to reducing homelessness, crime, incarceration, ER visits, inpatient admissions, and support higher graduation and lower dropout rates.

View Point Health provides a comprehensive range of residential services for adults with psychiatric needs, offering stability for those experiencing homelessness. We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated MH Residential Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Under general supervision, the supervisor manages operations, supervises direct care staff, and monitors resident activity in a personal care home or other community residential setting serving individuals with mental illnesses and/or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily operations of the residential site.
2. Supervise direct care staff and ensure quality care delivery.
3. Monitor and support resident activities to promote recovery and independence.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three (3) years of job-related experience providing social or direct care services to groups of individuals with special needs in a human service setting.
• At least one (1) year experience as a lead worker, team lead, or in a supervisory role, or one (1) year at the Client Support Worker 3 level or equivalent.
