Qualifications

• Must be licensed journeyman or have 3+ years of new home construction experience.
• Knowledge of applicable state codes.
• Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outside in varying conditions.
• Have own hand tools regularly used by Sheet Metal Installers.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC duct systems in residential new construction homes.
• Read plans and follow project specifications.
• Collaborate with foremen, superintendents and construction teams to ensure safe, quality work.
• Mentor and train sheet metal helpers and apprentices.
• Adhere to company quality standards and safety protocols.
