Job summary

An agency serving individuals with disabilities is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee Direct Support Professionals. You will support individuals in achieving their personal goals while ensuring staff are trained to provide quality care. Ideal candidates will have an Associates Degree and experience in the human services field. This role offers a structured schedule with a minimum of 30 contact hours per week and a sign-on bonus. Travel may be required to participate in community activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience with developmentally disabled.
• Must be medication certified or able to be certified within 90 days.
• Valid NYS driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Direct Support Professionals.
• Assist in training staff to ensure they provide competent services.
• Support individuals in self-care and socialization.
