Qualifications

• Must have one (1) year of experience working with the developmentally disabled.
• Must have prior supervisory experience.
• Must be medication certified or able to become certified within ninety (90) days.
• Must possess a valid NYS driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to Direct Support Professionals.
• Assist in training and supervision of Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure the operation of the residence meets agency policy.
• Participate in staff meetings and conduct training as needed.
