We’re looking for a Residential Services Specialist 5 to join our dedicated team. As a Residential Services Specialist 5 at CLSSC, you’ll supervise direct care staff and play a vital role in the overall well-being of our residents.

Three years of training or experience in providing behavioral health or developmentally disabled services or psychiatric patient care; OR
Thirty‑six semester hours in education, psychology, counseling, social work, sociology, child guidance or nursing.

Job Duties and Other Information
Appointment Type: Probation, Promotion, Demotion, Lateral Transfer, or Detail to Special Duty. Current permanent status, classified employees may be required to accept a Probational appointed if selected. Preference may be given to permanent classified employees of Central Louisiana Supports and Services Center employees.
Work Schedule: Will be required to work 8, 10, 12 or 16 hour shifts, shifts will be determined based on facility needs.
Compensation: Special Entrance Rate(SER): $1,458.00 Bi-Weekly
