Job summary

Riverside Community Care is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee a single residential home and provide supports to individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure safe, meaningful daily living activities and community engagement.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating transportation, and supporting residents in managing finances and community participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities with at least one year in residential services required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of one home and supervise staff.
• Provide residential supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or brain injury.
• Coordinate transportation, finances, and community participation for residents.
