Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience and 7–11 months management.
• Must pass background checks and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train staff in resident skills and daily living activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DDS and HUD guidelines as applicable.
• Maintain safety and security of the facility and coordinate incident reporting.
• Liaise with families, case managers, and officials; manage records and reports.
• Oversee medication management coordination with nursing staff and contracted pharmacy.
