Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Statesboro, GA is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee a residential program serving individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, support individualized service plans, promote quality care, and maintain a safe, person-centered living environment.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination with medical and behavioral health services, and the ability to document progress, train staff, and manage daily operations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and three (3) years of experience providing social, residential, or direct care services to individuals with special needs in a human services setting.
• Associate degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and two (2) years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience.
• One (1) year of experience at a lower-level position within the organization meeting advancement requirements.
• Valid Georgia driver's license required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight of residential program operations and supervises staff.
• Coordinates transportation, medical appointments, and community activities.
• Supports implementation of individualized service plans and monitors service delivery.
• Ensures resident health, safety, and welfare and maintains compliant records.
• Provides training and support to staff and residents.
