Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3 years of related experience in human services
• Degree options include Associate or Bachelor's with related experience
• Experience supervising residential staff and coordinating services desired

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operation of residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities
• Supervises staff schedules, training, and performance
• Coordinates access to medical and behavioral health services for residents
• Develops and monitors individualized service plans and resident progress
• Maintains safety, health, and person-centered living environment
• Documents resident progress and coordinates with interdisciplinary teams
